Come Volunteer at Café Central
If you like to cook, love to serve, or love to eat, why not volunteer at Café Central? As we upgrade our dining program, we are in need of more volunteers to help set tables, prepare food, serve, wash dishes, and clean up. Volunteer positions are very flexible and will meet your schedule and time commitments. You can volunteer one hour a month, one hour a week, one hour a day, or anything in between.
Receptionist - answer phones and greet people with a smile at the front desk
Office Work - work behind the scenes on filing and bookkeeping
Kitchen Worker - help out with preparing and serving lunch
Newsletter Distribution/Mailing - once a month we need help preparing our newsletter for mailing
Thrift Store Help - volunteer to donate clothing or work a shift at the Diva Connection, CASC's in-house thrift store
Teach a Class or Create your own Volunteer Opportunity - teach ukulele, drive the van, plan a party, or contribute your skills in another way
Join the Board - contribute your energy and expertise to our dynamic volunteer leadership team. We are particularly looking for new Board members with experience or enthusiasm for fundraising, marketing, and facility maintenance.
