Saturday, August 7th Caribbean Carnival Time: 3:00 pm-Until Cost: $20.00 (no host bar) The Carnival will include live Reggae music, door prizes, food, fun & dancing. Caribbean Style!

The Austin Foundation Presents: Dynamic Stretching Series, an Intergenerational Fitness series

The Austin Foundation provides fitness programs to youth who most need them. Programs address cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength training, and nutrition. This founda-tion also reaches out to communities to promote healthy lifestyles. This se-ries will be taught by youth with an adult instructor alongside. This series will give CASC a chance to learn new stretching tech-niques while engaging with youth!
