Rentals

Perched at the tip of Leschi Bluff, CASC is the perfect venue for your next business meeting or social event. We have three rental spaces available, each with breathtaking views of Lake Washington, Mount Rainer, and the Bellevue Skyline. Whether you’re planning a party, meeting, wedding, reception or retreat, CASC can accommodate and make your event unforgettable.

Our room rentals include the use of up to ten 60 inch round banquet tables, six 72 inch by 32 inch rectangular tables, ten card tables, and 100+ conference style chairs. White or black linens are available for an additional fee. Reduced rates apply for rentals exceeding three hours. Additional fees may apply for building security and cleaning deposits.

Dining Hall

$200/hour or $150/hour for non-profit organizations. Accommodates 150 seated guests.

Kitchen

$100 with room rental. Includes six gas burners, a hot plate, two ovens, two sinks, a refrigerator, warming plates, and a serving window into the Dining Hall.

Solarium

$100/hour or $75/hour for non-profit organizations. Accommodates 50 seated guests.

Library

$50/hour or $35/hour for non-profit organizations. Accommodates 20 seated guests.
